Your facial hair growth will vary from person to person. It is the same for a woman as it is a man. This all comes down to your genetic make up and is something that cannot be changed. So for some of us, it means
more trips to the salon than others.
Threading is a very accurate way of removing hair and a great way to target your upper lip area. What gives it another great advantage is that it is gentle on the skin. With only the thread touching your skin and only
the hairs being pulled, there is less risk of damage to the skin itself.
The hairs are pulled out at the root and threading will also be able to target the softest of hairs. Tweezing can often result in a broken hair before it has been completely removed but threading will take it at the follicle.
In any method that you choose for hair removal, the hairs will regrow but with threading they will start to grow back finer and less visible. As with eyebrow threading the hair regrowth will take around 2 to 8 weeks.
You get to know your own body and how long they will take to regrow. When you feel it is time to have them threaded again, book another appointment.
