included then every organ of the body feels the benefits.

a few minutes each day giving your own face a massage. The best time for this is when you are putting
your beauty products on. You should apply light pressure to the forehead, cheeks and chin and using small
circling motions with your fingers.

When it comes to nice healthy skin, a light product is best used at night because the face needs to be able
to breathe. The skin on your face also needs time to repair itself. The time this happens is when you are
sleeping. When we are sleeping our bodies activate our own detoxification process which helps the skin
to repair.

When you are asleep the body will have deposited toxins into the intercellular fluid and much of this fluid will
get trapped in the skin tissue when it attempts to leave the body. Brushing the skin on a daily basis will help
maintain clear and healthy skin.
